Ingredients
300 gram ( raw weigh ) PaddyKing Sushi Rice, Cooked and refrigerate overnight
2nos Eggs, beaten
2 stks Spring onion, sliced
3nos Garlic, chopped
100g Char siew, diced
20g Dried shrimps, soaked and chopped
100g Green peas, frozen thawed
100g Shitake mushrooms, diced
Seasoning
1 tbsp Kikoman
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Fish sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
Garnish with Spring onion
Method
Heat up a wok with oil and fry dried shrimps, garlic, mushrooms till fragrant and set aside.
In the same wok, add 1 tbsp oil and fry the beaten eggs till soft scramble. Add the Sushi rice and tossed well.
Add in all the ingredients and mixed well over high heat. Add seasonings and continue to toss well.
Garnish with and spring onion
