Swiss Brown Mushroom & 100% Whole Grain Brown Rice with Fragrant Black Sesame Oil

Served 4 rice bowls


200g PaddyKing 100% Whole Grain Hom Mali Brown rice

6 nos Scallops, cut into quarter

200g Pumpkin, cut diced with skin on

200g Swiss Brown mushrooms, sliced

90g Red onion, diced

50g Young ginger , chopped

30g Black raisins

2nos Whole eggs, its up your choice of cooking style

50g Cooking oil


1 tsp Salt

½ tsp White ground pepper

1 tsp Black sesame oil

Garnish – coriander leaves


Heat up a fry pan with 1 tbsp oil and fry the scallops over high heat till lightly brown and Set aside.

In the same wok , fry the sliced mushrooms with 2 tbsp of cooking oil till soft over high heat and set aside. Clean the wok, and fry the pumpkin over high heat with 1 tbsp of oil till soft and fragrant. Set aside.

Now fry the onion and ginger till fragrant over medium high heat with 1 tbsp of oil then add the cooked Paddyking 100% whole grain premium Thai Hom Mali Brown rice and raisins. Tossed well over medium high heat.

Add the mushrooms, pumpkin, scallops as well as the juices from this ingredients and mixed well over high heat. Add seasoning .

Garnish with your choice of eggs and coriander leaves.
